Account access recovery
If for some reason you have lost access to your account, you can always remind / change your password using the e-mail address specified during account registration.
If you do not remember the name of your login, you can always recover the list of accounts registered to your mail using the "Forgot login" function.
If you do not remember the password from your account, you can always reset it using the "Forgot password" function.
Can't recover password
If you receive a system message: "The request was rejected. Contact support" while trying to access your account, this means that you are requesting password recovery using an internet provider, from which there were no authorized logins to this account. And you need to contact the support staff and provide maximum information about the account/characters on it. After we make sure that you are the owner of this account, we will allow the password recovery procedure.
If you do not remember the secret word from your account, you need to contact the support staff so that we can reset it. After resetting the seret word the account is temporarily blocked for its safety. To unblock the account and set a new secret word you need to use "Forgot password" function.
I can't log into my account
If you receive a system message: "Access denied - IP does not pass by mask. !! [Reset filter] !! Error IP! = IP Mask. !! [Change IP Mask] !!" this means that you are trying to log in from an IP address to which this account is not bound. To reset the filter - you need to click "Reset Filter".
